Reading have sold out their 2,510 initial allocation for this month's trip to Charlton Athletic, and have requested an increase.
A first trip to the Valley, which fans can attend, since 2016- more than 2,500 tickets have been snapped up with over two weeks remaining until the matchday.
The final London trip of the season, a sold-out away contingent are following the Royals to Leyton Orient on Saturday.
The Reading Chronicle understands that the club are requesting an increased allocation for the match with the Addicks.
This is all while the club are on a 17-match winless run away from home, a run stretching back 11 months.

So far, Reading have averaged over 1,300 per away match this season, an increase of 400 on last season in the Championship.
1,200 went to Northampton Town on Tuesday, while over 1,100 went to Port Vale and Cambridge United.
Blackpool is the only away match not to be attended by 1,000 Royals on the road, with almost 700 travelling to Lancashire for the 4-1 defeat.
