Former Reading star Hal Robson-Kanu has offered National League leaders Wrexham his services for next season.

The former Wales international played over 200 times for the Royals before enjoying a Premier League spell with West Brom.

Out of the game since 2021 to focus on his start-up business, The Turmeric Co. the 33-year-old has offered to come out of retirement to help Wrexham, and donate all earnings to charity.

Now famous for being owned by 'Deadpool' star Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney, they are managed by Reading legend Phil Parkinson.

Currently in a tussle at the top of the fifth tier with Notts County, the Welsh outfit look set to return to the Football League for the first time since 2008.

Replying on an Instagram post, the former attacker said: "I'll come out of retirement and play for Wrexham next season. I'll also give my salary to a charity of the fan's choosing."

'HRK' is most famous for his goal for Wales at Euro 2016, nominated for the Pukas Award that year.
