DAN Donegan struck a brilliant hat-trick to inspire Reading YMCA to an emphatic 6-0 demolition of rock-bottom Hurst in the Premier Division, writes Richard Ashton.

Jordan Cox, Ricky Latham and Ryan Adams completed the scoring as the unbeaten Young Men recorded a sixth win in seven games.

Table-topping Marlow United made it eight straight victories with a 5-2 success at home to Cookham Dean, a Liam Bushay double and goals from James Williams, Andrew Nichol and Wes Sutherland doing the damage for the hosts.

Two Connor Banks goals in the final five minutes helped Berks County stun Newbury 2-1, Leroy Clarke having put the visitors in front midway through the second half.

Shane Stoneham and Richard Bond were on target as Wraysbury Village overcame Unity 2-1, while substitute Ross Weatherstone struck late to salvage a point for Woodcote Stoke Row in their 1-1 draw at home to neighbours Rotherfield United.

Adrian Vazquez and Greg Taylor scored as Woodley United Reserves produced the shock of the day in beating Mortimer 2-1.

In Division One, Aqeel Butt notched a treble as FC Imaan Lions battered Mortimer Reserves 9-0. Kamran Khan also bagged a brace with the rout completed by George Dallarda, Adil Ashgar, Ateeq Butt and Usman Tariq.

Mitchell Burley got the only goal of the game as Maidenhead Town won 1-0 at Eldon Celtic, while Westwood United beat Winnersh Rangers 2-1 and Cookham Dean Reserves eased past AFC Corinthians 3-0.

Jonny Clark netted twice and Tom Brownlow also hit the target as Woodcote Stoke Row Reserves picked up their first Division Two point of the season with a 3-3 draw at Barkham Athletic.

Westwood United Reserves hammered Highmoor U21 4-1, and Finchampstead Reserves beat Maidenhead Magpies Reserves 3-1.

Bartosz Pachulski and Lukasz Hryniewicz both scored twice before Dawid Nagoda put the icing on the cake in White Eagles’ 5-2 victory at Goring United.

In Division Three, Dean Caffell got the only goal of the game to help early-season pace-setters Berks County Reserves win 1-0 at Newbury Reserves.

Unity Reserves also made it three wins from three with an entertaining 3-2 success at Maidenhead Town Reserves. Anthony Lane and Chip Duncan netted for the beaten side.

Harry Shelton scored a consolation for Harchester Hawks, but they were thumped 4-1 at home by Hurst Reserves.

A Darren Scott double and goals from Markland Tidswell, Brett Griffin and Paul Clifford earned Rotherfield United Reserves a 5-3 home victory against Ashridge Park, for whom Mark Shoosmith scored twice and Elliott Poulter also hit the target.

Tomasz Maciuk struck a magnificent hat-trick and Radoslaw Rubczynski bagged a brace but White Eagles Reserves were held to a 5-5 thriller at home to Brimpton.

A Liam Besant double and goals from Jonathan Belgrave, Samuel Mallows and Paul Roderick gave Woodley United A a 5-2 success at YPFC.

Jamie Grainger, Paul Novell and Asher Price all scored twice as Hurst A thumped The Hop Leaf 8-0 in Division Four, Reece Hawley and Christopher McLean completing the rout.

A Christopher Searle hat-trick and a goal from Shane Manjelo helped Berks County Rovers to a 4-3 win at AFC Corinthians A.

Jack Bingham, Jack Kendall, Josh Whitehead and Martin Bradshaw scored for Braybrooke in their 4-2 victory at Woodley United B, while an Arthur Denny double and a goal from Stuart Toop earned Twyford & Ruscombe a 3-3 draw at home to South Reading.
