Power has been restored.
A power outage in central Reading is causing issues with the local college.
This morning Scottish and Southern Power stated that an outage is impacted nine postcodes in the centre of Reading.
A total of 46 properties are thought to be affected across nine postcodes, including King's Road.
According to the power company the outage was reported at 4:16am today (July 9).
An engineer is currently on site with an aim of getting the power back on by 1pm today.
The power supplier said: "We're sorry for the loss of supply.
"We currently have a fault affecting the areas listed.
"Our engineers are on site working hard to get the power back on as quickly as they can."
Reading College, who has has been impacted by the outage, has put a statement on their website.
It reads: "Due to a National Grid power outage, we may experience issues with our phone lines.
"If you are struggling to get through to us, please send us your enquiry."
